Crack indication spray. An aid for crack detection, which quickly and reliably indicates cracks down to 20 ym. Can be used for pressure tanks, truck forks, etc. Consists of 3 aerosols, which together highlight any cracks.
Crick 110: Solvent-based cleaning agent to prepare the surface for examination. A fast-drying cleaning agent for the removal of all types of contamination on the surface to be examined. Works as preparation of the surface before crack detection with liquid. EN ISO 3542-2-2000 certified.
Pressurized container with non-flammable CO2 propellant, giving an active product content of 95%.
Crick 120: Penetrating dye to mark cracks and inaccuracies. Water-washable, red-colored penetrant for non-destructive testing of metal surfaces. The penetrating liquid can flow into small cracks for 10 minutes. The remaining liquid must be washed off before using the developer.
Crick 130: Developer to make the marked cracks and imperfections visible. Magnifies and makes every trace of Crick 120 visible after the developer has been in use for about 7 minutes. Subsequent cleaning of the examined surface can be done with Crick 110. EN ISO 3542-2-2000 certified.
